General Terms and Conditions of Hotel Jägerhof

1. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the requested rooms or function rooms have been confirmed or made available.

2. The contract for a hotel room includes overnight accommodation plus breakfast. The contract for function rooms includes only the provision of the function room.

3. If advance payments requested by the hotel are not made by the specified date, this releases the hotel immediately from the agreements made.

4. Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:30 on the day of departure. A later departure requires prior arrangement with reception the evening before: for departures by 15:00, half the room rate will be charged; for departures after 15:00, the full room rate will be charged.

5. The guest has no entitlement to the provision of specific rooms or premises. If agreed premises are not available, the hotelier is obliged to endeavour to provide equivalent replacement within the hotel or in other properties.

6. Cancellation of events/group bookings For changes and cancellations of booked function rooms/package arrangements, the following will be charged: up to 40 days before arrival no costs
39–30 days before arrival 30% of the agreed services
29–14 days before arrival 50% of the agreed services
13–5 days before arrival 60% of the agreed services
5–1 days before arrival 80% of the agreed services

7. Cancellation of accommodation bookings/package offers: Free cancellation of accommodation bookings and package offers is possible up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations from 6 days to 4 days before arrival, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. From 3 days before arrival, an 80% cancellation fee will be charged on the respective room rate.

8. If the person placing the order is not also the organiser, both shall be jointly and severally liable.

9. Valuables, cash and negotiable instruments (cheques, cheque cards, etc.) must be deposited in the hotel safe at reception. If these are kept by the guest in hotel rooms (including in-room safes) or other areas of the hotel, the hotel accepts no liability for them.

10. These terms and conditions also apply to seminars and other events.

11. Place of jurisdiction is Aschaffenburg.
