Visit the small Lower Franconian town of Miltenberg, with its half-timbered lanes still enclosed by walls with gate towers, and the well-known market square “Schnatterloch”, framed by charming half-timbered buildings.

Visit the small town of Wertheim on the River Main. Dominated by an imposing castle ruin, richly decorated half-timbered houses shape the medieval townscape. A visit to the Wertheim Village designer outlet is also well worth it.

Visit our district town of Aschaffenburg with Johannisburg Castle and its palace gardens, as well as the Pompejanum directly on the River Main. Afterwards, you can visit the beautiful old town with its pedestrian zone.

Just a few kilometres from the hotel is the well-known moated castle of Mespelbrunn. It became famous as a filming location for the movie “The Spessart Inn” starring Liselotte Pulver and Charles Thompson.

The Franconian city of Würzburg is only about 50 km from the Jägerhof. Particularly worth seeing are the Residence, the beautiful old town, the cathedral, the Käppele and Marienberg Fortress.

Visit the Snow White town of Lohr am Main, around 25 km from the hotel. Stroll through the beautiful old town with its many half-timbered houses. Visit the Spessart Museum or take a seat on one of the boats on the River Main.
